SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible.
Many items ship same or next day, however due to delays caused by the COVID-19 virus, our production and fulfillment teams are delayed. It may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We are working around the clock to ensure all orders are fulfilled, but we will continuously update you if there are any complications! We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.
Returns are offered within 7 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached. With the exception of items marked FINAL SALE. All sale items are marked as final sale.
At this time, we do not offer refunds however we do offer exchanges/store credit within our policy. Once we have received the item, we will provide store credit electronically or an exchange if the item is available. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please email us at email@example.com.
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed (no smells, stains, makeup, bodily fluids, etc) with tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit. All accessories (I.E. socks, hats, intimates, etc.) are final sale.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or received incorrectly, we will be happy to provide a return shipping label to the email we have on file to return your merchandise.
