When will my order ship?
APT C3 aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be packed in our warehouse, but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a back order item, which normally ship within 2 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Detroit, MI.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship internationally to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Abu Dhabi, and Germany. Please email us at email@example.com if your country is not listed to see how we get our products out to you.
How long do pre-orders take to ship?

Where can I track my order from?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided with your order. This will include tracking. If you do not receive tracking information please email email@example.com and we can assist you.

Shipping lost my package. Can I get it replaced?
Once the package is shipped out, we are not responsible for its transit. We recommend reaching out to the specific courier to file a claim.
How do I return an item from my order?
At this time, we do not offer refunds however we do offer exchanges/store credit within our policy.
Returns are offered within 7 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with all tags attached. Once we have received the item, we will provide store credit electronically or an exchange if the item is available. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please email us at email@example.com.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
First off we're so sorry, but we've got your back! Please send pictures of your damaged or defective item/s to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to get this resolved as soon as possible. Upon review, exchanges or store credit will be submitted.
Can I cancel my order?
At this time, we do not offer order cancellation due to order capacity.

What materials are the products made of?
We use a few different fabric compositions across our styles. Please check the product page details of the style you have your eye on for the fabric composition in the description. If you have any further questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How should I care for my APT C3 merch?
We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. Please do not iron artwork. To effectively maintain the longevity and quality of our items, please follow the specific instructions located on the care label inside your garment. Each piece is uniquely designed and care instructions may vary. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders. For express checkouts we accept Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay on mobile.
